Lifetime Achievement Award Winner- Dr. John Bolodeoku
John’s nearly 30-year career in pharmaceutical medicine is defined by visionary leadership, industry-shaping innovation, and powerful advocacy for equity. Rising from a Clinical Research Physician in 1997 to Vice President at Astellas Europe—where he delivered a landmark pan-European launch strategy—he went on to lead major therapy launches at Lilly Diabetes and made history as the first Black UK Country Medical Director across senior roles at Biogen Idec, Roche Ireland, and Celgene UK & Ireland. As founder of the award-winning JB Consulting, a key contributor to the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine’s specialist curriculum, an FFPM Fellow, and a Visiting Senior Lecturer at King’s College London, he has influenced strategy, education, and policy across the field.
Lifetime Achievement Award Winner- Dr. John Bolodeoku
Beyond industry roles, John founded JB Consulting—winner of the 2020 GHP MedTech Award—and has played an influential part within the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, contributing to postgraduate curriculum development and earning the prestigious FFPM Fellowship. As a Visiting Senior Lecturer at King’s College London, he continues to shape education, policy, and the future of pharmaceutical leadership.
