Cultivates the knowledge of key customers and competitors. Identifies brand growth opportunities to serve People Living with HIV. Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development of core promotional assets for the key ViiV brand to drive the business objectives across the global ViiV Healthcare organization. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead the development of core promotional assets for HCP promotion aligned to brand strategy - Assess opportunities for continuous improvement of marketing tactics and processes - Develop and action on deep insights generated in market research - Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to promotion and marketing code to achieve performance with integrity - Partner with creative agency to brief, develop, and refine promotional tactics aligned to business plan and meeting regional needs for optimized customer engagements. - Ensure commercial organization is energized and engaged through understanding, knowledge, belief and motivation for brand strategy, drivers of growth and campaigns *Why You?* *Basic Qualifications* - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Marketing experience in a LOC - Sales experience/commercial awareness - Digital Marketing experience - Knowledge or familiarity with ABPI code - Excellent communication skills, able to influence internal and external senior stakeholders *Preferred Qualifications* - Experience in HIV therapy area - ABPI Signatory or familiar with ABPI - Breadth of marketing experience across LOC, regional and/or global - Experience in customer facing role (Sales professional or sales leader) *Why ViiV?* ViiV Healthcare is a global specialty HIV company, the only company that is 100% focused on researching and delivering new medicines for people living with, and at risk of, HIV.
