*Job description* *Site Name:* UK - London - Brentford, Upper Providence *Posted Date:* Jan 31 2024 *External Manufacturing – Large Molecule Program Director* *This role will preferably be based in GSK House, UK but can also be based in Upper Providence, PA US. * This is a truly exciting role to be an integral part of the Global Supply Chain at GSK. The purpose of the External Manufacturing-Large Molecule Program Director role is to ensure the rapid integration of medicines through external suppliers into the GSK End to End network to ensure the effective delivery of product to patients in line with the GSK commercial ambition. The role is a key interface to both R&D and the One Supply Chain Strategy organization to understand product strategies and provide solutions to execute against the GSK ambition. These progamss include New Product Introduct, Second Source Introduction and consolidation of Supply Chain activities. In this role you will: - Program management of both individual NPI/TT and the broader project portfolio within the business - Partner with EM SDs and teams to ensure that product changes are assessed, planned, and delivered in accordance with MLSS/MLSB. - Develop and manage resource models to lead or support SIA and STP development for new assets. - Partner with finance to ensure clear financial oversight of NPI including P&L, Capex and headcount. - Develop standard work for EM engagement and delivery from sourcing through to NPI launch. - Develop and maintain standard work to monitor and track performance of NPI across the portfolio of NPI. - Manage efficient and effective governance process for EM NPI leveraging the NPI Monthly reporting meetings and alignment with MPR as well as other functional reporting cycles. - Partner with broader EM and GSC organization to ensure clear roles and responsibilities through NPI process. - Implement best practice PMO standards in EM *CLOSING DATE for applications: 14th February 2024* Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert. *During the course of your application, you will be requested to complete voluntary information which will be used in monitoring the effectiveness of our equality and diversity policies.
