About the Role

Are you a motivated chemical engineer with an inquisitive nature and a passion for working in the laboratory?

If so, this role could be for you!

We are currently recruiting a Process Engineer to join our Drug Substance Development (DSD) team at GSK Stevenage R&D site. We would be considering graduate and junior engineers.

As a member of DSD, you will use your engineering knowledge and expertise to develop and deploy state-of-art processes and technology to enable the delivery of GSK medicines.


Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Masters / PhD (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Direct laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or related sector.

  • Practical familiarity with process simulation/modelling techniques such as MATLAB, DynoChem and gPROMS.

  • Previous experience working in a multi-functional team.
