Kim Sowemimo
Co-Founder
Kim is an Associate Director within Global Study Start-up at GlaxoSmithKline. She is passionate about leveraging data and delivering insights to achieve optimised clinical study planning.
Monsurat Hanson
Co-founder
Monsurat has 7 years Pharma experience in Clinical Operations. She has worked across several large institutions and organisations including, Oxford University, ICON, Novartis and GSK. She is currently a Global Study Manager at IQVIA.
Yannick Foh
Head of Business Development
Yannick is a Clinical Project Manager at Jazz Pharmaceutical. With 8 years industry experience, Yannick has worked within Data management, Monitoring and Monitoring Oversight, supporting global clinical trial execution and delivery.
Stephanie Oyesola
Co-founder
Stephanie is a Study Leader in Early Phase Development at Roche, with over 15 years experience in strategic management, execution and delivery of global clinical trials. Specialising in Clinical Research and Operations, Steph has worked across the industry in several countries within EMEA.
Jennifer Amponsah Adjalo
Founding Member
A broadly experienced Clinical Research Professional, Jennifer has over 12 years of industry experience spanning various Pharma and Biotech companies as well as CROs of varying sizes.
Ral Ogbah
Head of Learning and Development
Ral currently holds a role as an Associate Director in a global pharma company covering oversight of quality assurance and product life cycle management. Ral is passionate about bridging the gap and enabling success of diverse ethnic talents and is an ally/champion for mentoring and continuous development, personal and organisational accountability, and career success.
